My keep fit progress

I want to share my Keep Fit ( resolution 2) plan with you all. I decided to start jogging in the morning. In order to prepare myself, I decided to put Jan 08 as trial period and officially starting Feb 08.

I decided to start a health diary to monitor my progress. I also came up with the briliant idea of rewarding myself with a sticker on my health diary if I manage to run a day.

So, today I flip through my diary to check my progress.

Sometimes I plan better than I execute....damn!
